4 Milestones by Timberlake
Timberlake strives for accuracy every step of the way.
Cabinetry involves a lot of transactions, to say the least — and you can’t complete your project on time unless those transactions run smoothly. In order to ensure an on-time and complete delivery, we’ve established a consistent, four-part process.
Milestone 1: Design & Quote
We provide:
- Local, dedicated sales and design support
- Professional kitchen design
- Layouts and elevations
- Prompt turnaround on quotes
- Upgrades and option packages
You provide:
- Product and plan specifications
- Blueprints
- Clearly defined product expectations
Milestone 2: Measure & Order
We provide:
- Job tracking
- Field measurement of each kitchen for accuracy
- Detailed correction notices, as needed
- Confirmation of job readiness prior to delivery
- Installation confirmation prior to scheduled date
You provide:
- A start date notification for each of the lots we are contracted to install
- Notification of the homebuyer product selection and option information prior to the scheduled release of the delivery and installation
- A scheduled “release” of the house at least 15 days prior to delivery, which triggers a confirmation number, along with delivery and install dates
Milestone 3: Deliver & Install
We provide:
- Delivery of cabinetry on your schedule, to the lot or address indicated
- Placement in home, in specified secure location
- Next-business-day installation
You provide:
- Safe working conditions
- A secure location, free of debris
- Easy access, without interference from other trades
- Plumbing, electrical and drywall in place
Milestone 4: Punch Out & Transfer Ownership
We provide:
- A prompt inspection of each job
- Complete punch out and transfer of ownership prior to close
You provide:
- Inspection with Timberlake representative
- Holding other trades accountable to minimize trade damage
- Final signoff and payment
- Purchase orders for any parts or labor required after signoff
